How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 10 - 14 business days for US shipping. There's a 3 days order processing time. International shipping takes 2 weeks - 3 weeks for delivery. We ship to the United States, Australia, Canada, and the UK. We do not ship on holidays. Therefore, the shipping is based on the completion of product production. West Coast orders take longer to arrive at your destination. For example: California, Washington, etc.


How do I place an International Order?

For the Canada and the UK... Please email us or call us. Please include the names of the items that you want to order with your mailing address and we will send you an invoice for your purchase.


Can I pick up my items from the store? 
No, currently orders are only available online.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Google Pay, PayPal and Cash App payments, Credit/debit cards. We do not accept checks. You may only pay online orders with a credit/debit card. I received the wrong order? 

Please fill out the contact us form and include your order number in the message box if there is a problem with your order. Please call the customer service phone number that is on your order receipt. Please do not forget to leave your order number or a copy of your order receipt.

When does my store credit expire?

I purchased a Gift Card. Can I get a refund on Gift Cards?

There are no refunds on gift cards. Gift Cards sales are final. You can spend your gift card at anytime.
